Position: International Marketing Development Executive (Feed & Nutrition)

Location: No.39, Jalan SS18/6, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 7,500 (depending on experience)

Experience:   Minimum 2 years in related or adjacent fields

You'll serve as a key member of our fast-scaling international marketing team, supporting our distributors and consultants globally. Your goal is to connect opportunities to action — using tools, communication, and follow-up to move projects forward.

• Generate leads and map distributor networks using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Assist in building CRM workflows and follow-up systems
• Coordinate customer communications, especially with overseas clients
• Join virtual customer meetings (Zoom/Teams), help prepare decks and proposals
• Track and manage pipeline follow-ups across countries and time zones
• Support the marketing team and external consultants with research, outreach, and material preparation
• Handle logistics and visitor support for overseas customers visiting Malaysia

We are NOT looking for someone who's entitled or expects everything handed to them. We want someone hungry, curious, and driven to grow.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, supply chain, or export trade
• Excellent follow-up skills and interpersonal communication
• Strong command of English (written and spoken); other languages a bonus
• Proficient in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office/Google Docs, email tools, and basic CRM systems
• Enjoys building global relationships — professional, respectful, and people-oriented
• Detail-oriented, takes initiative, and follows through without being micromanaged
• Required to travel on occasions
