We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee high-rise building

projects from planning to completion, with proven experience managing high-rise residential or

commercial developments within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and manage high -rise construction projects from the beginning stages through to completion.
  • Monitor project schedule, cost control, manpower planning, and resource allocation to achieve timely completion and maintain high quality job.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents; effectively address and resolve technical issue and operational issue to ensure compliance with design specifications and construction standards.
  • To study and recommend solutions and recommendation to enhance the efficiency and service level of the construction team.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, authorities, and the contract team on project issues and ensuring all technical and engineering aspects of the building meets client's requirements.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and site inspections, prepare progress reports, and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure project handover is completed within contractual terms and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Quality Surveying or relevant related field.
  • Minimum 8 years experience with a main contractor, as a Project Manager role.
  • Proven experience in managing high-rise building projects (residential or commercial).
  • Familiar with local building regulations, authority submissions, and contract administration.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English in both verbal and writing
