Our Company are newly establish company which provide Professional Consultant Quantity Surveying services to building and infrastructure works. Our office located at Kingfisher Likas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

REQUIREMENTS :

* Candidate must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying (Quantity Surveyor), with background in consultant is preferable.

* Degree (10+ years of consultant experience),  

* Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle for site visits and meetings.

*Good in measurement skills and hardworking

*Able to work independently and efficiently with minimum supervision

*Able to guide and assist other staff

*Able to work systematically and meet deadlines

*Tasks & responsibilities

*Prepare and finalize of Bill of Quantities

*Prepare Interim Valuation, Variation Orders and Final Account

*Tender and contract documents preparation

*Other QS related scope of works from tendering to closing account

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Prepare/assist detailed cost estimates, conduct feasibility studies, and develop and manage comprehensive project budgets.

* Complete the tendering process, including evaluation, pricing, preparation of technical submissions, and development of commercial proposals.

* Monitor and track monthly progress claims, payment statuses, and valuation of variations to ensure seamless project completion.

* Compile and submit variation orders, and prepare finalized Statements of Final Account for project closure.

* Collaborate closely with relevant departments and project site teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project goals.

* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management or superiors to support project success.
