Kimberly-Clark Malaysia Management Trainee Program: Shaping Future Leaders

Are you ready to take the first step towards a high-impact career with one of the leading FMCG companies in Malaysia? The Kimberly-Clark Malaysia Management Trainee Program is to develop young, driven talents into future leaders who will shape the direction of our business.

Who Are We Looking For

  • A bachelor's degree on-track to a minimum of 2nd class upper honours

  • Fresh graduate, or those with maximum 1 year of working experience

  • Active and track record of non-academic co-curricular activities

  • Clear career orientation

  • Good vision and leadership potential

  • Able to work independently and team player

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
