Job Responsibilities:

  • Support all the major functions in Human Resources (HR) Department such as staff recruitment, payroll processing, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations matters and other daily HR operations such as HR documentations.
  • Assist in the recruitment processes including job postings and interview arrangements.
  • Participate in HR and company projects such as recruitment campaigns, engagement activities, and company events.
  • Perform ad hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or any other fields.
  • Strong interest in HR especially passionate in dealing with people and managing different types of human behaviors.
  • Candidate without academic qualification but with some working experience in HR related field such as former HR Assistant or HR Clerk are encouraged to apply.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Trainee Supervisor post.
  • Possess positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu. (Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
