Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Management Trainee located in Petaling, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Management Trainee will assist in various departments to gain comprehensive experience in operations, strategy, and project management. Responsibilities include learning and executing operational tasks, supporting team projects, analyzing business challenges, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role offers hands-on training and mentorship to prepare you for leadership positions within the organization.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous internship or work experience in a related domain is advantageous
