The Role: Own Our Face-to-Face Customer Experience.

As our Marketing Event Coordinator, you will be the engine of our offline sales channel. Your primary mission is to plan, execute, and grow our network of pop-up booths and food fair appearances. You'll be in charge of turning a blank space into a profitable and memorable brand experience, managing everything from location booking to training promoters and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Pop-up Management:
     Take full ownership of our pop-up booths and food fair participations, from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution and sales reporting.
  • Drive Booth Performance
    : Hire, train, and manage promoters to hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Logistics & Operations
    : Handle all event logistics, including inventory management, booth setup, and ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
  • Secure Prime Locations
    : Seek out, negotiate, and book high-traffic booth locations in malls and at events.
  • Analyze & Improve
    : Track the performance and profitability of each event and use those insights to make the next one even more successful.
  • Be the Brand Face
    : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure our brand is represented powerfully at every event.
