Event and Operation Executive

**Responsibilities**
- Assist marketers on day-to-day operations related matter.
- Analyze event performance metrics and post events feedback to identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes.
- Conduct an after-action review to ascertain areas of strengths and weaknesses related to the management of the projects.
- To coordinate delivery of projects outcomes that align with project plans.
- Coordinate with the Principals/ Suppliers/ Customers/ Staff Purchase invoicing and payment.
- Develop event communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
- To monitor projects’ progress and budget.
- Prepare event proposals and project plan that align with the principals’ requirements for internal review.
- Prepare the report evaluation which including forecast budget vs spending.
- Source suitable venues based on the principals’ requirement with internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot any issues and deviations to the project plans.
- Work with internal stakeholders to execute projects.
- To handle the in-house promoters and dealing with the appointed agent
**Qualification / Experience Requirement**
- Degree/ Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in FMCG/ Event Industry
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional /preferred)
- Good interpersonal skill, analytical and communication skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc.
- Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills.
- Have your own transport & willing to travel outstation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
