  • Event Planning & Logistics: Assist in the detailed planning and coordination of MICE events, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation (e.g., catering, AV, transportation), and managing logistical setups.
  • Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the event lifecycle, addressing inquiries and ensuring requirements are met.
  • Execution & On-Site Management: Provide on-site support during events to manage operations, supervise vendors, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the program runs according to schedule and quality standards.
  • Budget & Finance Support: Assist in preparing quotations, monitoring event budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting the invoicing and payment collection process.
  • Post-Event Activities: Facilitate post-event reporting, collect feedback, and handle final administrative tasks, such as closing out vendor contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
