JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Supply chain Management
- Required language(s): English
- MUST have least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Warehousing and Logistics industry/E commerce
- Required Skill(s): Communication skill, coordinating skill, Inter-Personal Skill, Microsoft Office. Computer Literate.
- MUST have knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
- ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya
JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- To print out daily orders and post completed orders.
- Prepare DO & Invoice after pick & pack process completed.
- Responsible to arrange for collection by the transporter.
- To ensure that all KPI data are well updated.
- Responsible as a frontline to communicate and to maintain a good rapport with the customer.
- Co-ordinate Inbound/outbound arrival from the various supplier.
- To key-in stock receiving into WMS.
- Carry out WMS system stock replenishment.
- Manage the principle databases such as SKU and customer delivery location.
- Co-ordinate & Investigate customer's complaints/feedback.
- Co-ordinate order for office supplies and consumable material.
- Manage daily administration.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
