Job Description:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new products, solutions, and processes.
  • To diagnose, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records for equipment and parts inventory, including purchases, equipment conditions, repair costs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and ensure that all equipment operations comply with customer requirements, work instructions, IEN, and other ISO standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting & optimization in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Resourceful, self-driven, proactive and independent.
  • Ability to communicate with factory using their native language.
  • Strong understanding of Assembly and automation machines.
  • Proficient in equipment maintenance, process tooling, and possess strong analytical skills related to processes.
  • Familiar with using automatic assembly machines, including laser engravers, screw machines, glue dispensers, ultrasonic machines, shrink wrap packers, press machines, vertical carton sealing machines, auto-label pasting machines, and P-box machines.
