IT Intern: AI & Automation Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining AI chatbots, voice agents, and mini SaaS applications.
  • Support AI product deployment for client projects and internal demos.
  • Contribute to automation workflow design and data processing tasks.
  • Help manage product documentation, reporting, and system logs.
  • Participate in webinars, AI workshops, and online demo sessions to support product marketing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Minimum 4 months internship tenure
  • Basic understanding of AI, automation, or software development preferred
  • Passion for learning, experimentation, and problem-solving in tech
