  1. Outbound logistics

  2. Pick all serial# according to instructions given by SCM

  3. Pick all other items on FIFO basis without missing any items; if missing, must report to SCM
  4. Pack all items and follow all special instructions, if any

o Prepare shipping markings as per requirement; ensure full set of documents are ready for forwarder to deliver / collect cargo

o Scan barcode or manually input picked items into Murho

o Make sure intangible items (software etc) are also shipped together; if not exists, must report to SCM dept

  1. Inbound logistics

o Visual check on all incoming cargo - damages, quantities, shortages and etc; report any damages to Operation dept within 1 hour from arrival

o Tape together no-material-code items together with main instruments

o Stow away incoming items into pre-determined storage location

o Scan barcode or manually input stow away items into Murho

o Make sure intangible items (software etc) are also stock-in; if not exists, must report to SCM

o Paste a sticker on the carton box to indicate the purchase month of the year

  1. Warehouse management

o Prepare and conduct full stock count twice an year

o Follow related regulations to manage warehouse such as Pest Control

o Clean up garbage and dust at least daily basis

o Maintain supplies of warehouse items (cartons, wraps, pallets & etc)

  1. Follow team management protocol

o To develop and keep updating detailed SOPs and make sure adherence to them

o To make sure your job is fully backed up by supervisor/colleague

o Fully responsible and accountable for stock discrepancy; discrepancy shall result in downgrade of appraisal

o To be always vigilant not to allow any unauthorized person to enter into warehouse

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
