• Lesson Planning: Create comprehensive lesson plans that outline clear objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments using the in-house teaching materials provided to support your success across international programs.

• Assessment Design: Develop and administer various assessments including quizzes, tests, and projects to effectively evaluate and track student progress throughout their international curriculum learning journey.

• Student Feedback: Provide timely, constructive feedback on student work and assign grades that help students understand their progress and areas for improvement in their chosen international program.

• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, productive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement across diverse international curricula.

• Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with IB, IGCSE, and PYP best practices, educational research, and innovative teaching technologies.

• Communication: Maintain open, regular communication with class consultants to keep them informed about student progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise in international program delivery.

• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance the overall educational experience and provide comprehensive support for students with diverse needs in international curricula.

• Educational Background: Hold a degree in a related field that demonstrates your subject matter expertise and commitment to education, particularly with international curricula experience.

• Language Skills: Be proficient in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our predominantly Mandarin-speaking customer base, ensuring clear and meaningful interactions with students and families across cultural boundaries.

• Subject Matter Expertise: Candidates with English, Science or Maths backgrounds are highly preferred for delivering specialized content across IB, IGCSE, and PYP programs.

• Communication Excellence: Possess excellent communication skills and the natural ability to build strong, supportive relationships with young learners from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Team Collaboration: Demonstrate a collaborative work approach with professional development teams, showing strong engagement and connection with students in international education settings.

• Core Skills: Display strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills that enable effective teaching and classroom management across different international curricula.

• Teaching Experience: Have extensive experience in teaching primary school and kindergarten children, understanding their unique developmental and learning needs within international education frameworks.
