As the
Associate Manager, Promotions & Local Area Marketing
, you'll drive the strategy, planning and execution of blockbuster campaigns and community-driven initiatives that increase admission, boost brand visibility and create memorable cinema experiences for millions of moviegoers.

What You'll Be Doing


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop marketing strategies for local & blockbuster movie campaigns and local area marketing (LAM).
  • Manage budgets to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with partners, distributors and suppliers to design impactful promotions.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to drive awareness, visibility and footfall.


Campaign Execution

  • Lead cross-functional teams (distributors, operations, sales, marketing) for seamless campaign rollouts.
  • Develop creative ideas grounded in audience insights and consumer behaviour.
  • Ensure all activations reflect GSC's fun, energetic and innovative brand.


Communication & Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on marketing plans and budgets.
  • Work with agencies and partners to deliver events, digital content and activations.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all campaigns.


Analysis & Reporting

  • Provide post-campaign analysis with insights and recommendations.
  • Track budgets, competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Analyse customer behaviour to identify tactical opportunities for engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, brand or promotions (entertainment, retail, FMCG preferred).
  • Experience in ATL, BTL & TTL campaign development and ROI/ROM evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills, creative mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment.
