The Technology intern is responsible for performing the operational support, maintenance, and development activities of MAMEE's enterprise solutions.

  • Day to day business support of enterprise solutions.
  • Respond to issues that arise through onsite, email, and teams.
  • Attend hardware and software issues. Examples: BSOD, connection problems with devices like laptop and printers, MS 365 application error, etc.
  • Maintain IT inventory: Register new assets (laptop, monitor, or other devices).
  • New staff orientation: Setup hardware devices for new joiners and introduce them to Mamee Application.
  • Training and deployment of assigned software.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent.
  • Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
  • Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge.
  • Preferably 4 to 6 months internship period.
  • Work Location - Subang Jaya, Selangor.
