Position Summary

This position is responsible to developing and execute Tune Protect Group's product strategy encompassing all customer segments and various stages of product development life cycle to support the company's business objective.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and articulate a clear, compelling product proposition that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead market analysis to identify customer pain points, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to shape product propositions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure that product features align with the overall proposition.
  • Lead cross-functional team to ensure successful product proposition development and launch.
  • Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumers behaviors, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
  • Prepare a detailed presentation, summarizing marketing findings and strategic recommendations to upper management.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial position
  • Travel Industry / Insurance / Insurtech background is an advantage

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in business project management
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English
  • Possess a 'Solution mindset' that focus on finding practical answer and opportunities
