Functional (job responsibilities)

  • Administrative Support: You'll help with day-to-day administrative duties like managing documents, preparing presentations, and scheduling meetings to ensure everything is organized and efficient.

  • Operational Assistance: You'll assist in processing client requests and transactions, ensuring all procedures comply with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements. This includes verifying documentation and maintaining accurate records.

  • Data Management: You'll be responsible for maintaining and updating client databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Your attention to detail will be key to keeping our information accurate.

  • Client Communication: Under supervision, you'll help prepare client reports and correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication.

  • Project Involvement: You'll have the opportunity to support ad-hoc projects aimed at improving our operational processes and enhancing client service.

Protege Skill Requirement:
1) Education/Qualification

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
 
2)Experience

•    University graduate

3)Special Skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
