JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE

To advise client on fund raising strategy, deal structuring and execution of Bond/Sukuk transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Income Generation

  • Source potential deals aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Execute deals through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to identify repeat business opportunities.

Market and Structure Financing Proposals

  • Prepare and present proposals for fundraising strategies and corporate exercises.
  • Conduct financial modeling and assessments to support proposal viability.
  • Structure financing proposals tailored to client needs and market conditions.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the proposal lifecycle.
  • Cross-sell investment banking products to enhance value proposition.

Execute Mandates Secured

  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, including regulatory submissions and due diligence.
  • Oversee documentation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with external parties such as legal advisors, reporting accountants, and regulators.
  • Assist in bond/sukuk distribution in collaboration with Treasury, Corporate Banking, and/or KIB.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Banking, Finance, and/or Accounting.
  • Hands-on experience in bond/sukuk issuance execution.
  • Capital markets services representative's license
  • Experience in Corporate Finance (Investment Banking and/or Corporate).
