Job Scope:

· Direct Participation in end-to-end ERP implementation activities including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.

· Analyze business processes and recommend ERP solutions to enhance efficiency.

· Configure and customize ERP modules according to business needs.

· Support system integrations with third-party applications (CRM, HRMS, Finance, etc.).

· Provide training and user support to ensure smooth ERP adoption.

· Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and escalate as needed to technical teams.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to ensure system alignment.

· Maintain proper documentation of system configurations, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· years of ERP implementation and configuration experience

· Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Acumatica, Infor, Monitor or similar; (SAP, Oracle not required).

· Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.).

· ERP certifications (Microsoft) will be a plus.
