Senior A&P Executive

Join our team and play a key role in driving high-impact marketing and promotional strategies across our brand

What You Will Do

  • Plan, develop, and execute creative digital and social media marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end advertising and promotional activities, working closely with agencies, influencers, media partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyse marketing data and campaign results to improve performance, reach, and ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Support leasing negotiations and maintain strong relationships with media owners and mall management.
  • Provide marketing support to outlets and ensure smooth execution of A&P initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Advertising & Promotion, Marketing, Branding, or Communications.
  • Strong command of marketing fundamentals with creative thinking and strategic insight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — confident, resourceful, and results-driven.
  • Able to work effectively with all levels of management, collaborate with teams, and work independently when needed.
  • Self-motivated, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
