What You'll Need to Do:

Product Strategy & Innovation

  • Develop and implement mid-to-long-term product strategies aligned with the company's vision.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer pain points, and competitive opportunities in skincare and nutrition.
  • Propose innovative, science-backed product concepts that enhance the brand's differentiation.

Product Development & Regulatory Compliance

  • Involve in the full product development process from ideation to launch, collaborating with external R&D labs, regulatory, logistics, sales and marketing teams.
  • Oversee key stages including formulation, sampling, testing, and quality control to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance.
  • Manage product certification and regulatory filings for key markets, including local and international markets
  • Track product development progress to ensure timely milestone completion and on-schedule delivery to the designated operational market.

Product Optimization & Lifecycle Management

  • Monitor market feedback and sales performance, identifying opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Lead product optimization efforts, including reformulations, packaging updates, and ingredient enhancements.
  • Manage the phase-out of underperforming products, ensuring a seamless transition for both the business and consumers.

Team Training & Enablement

  • Conduct internal product training sessions and prepare clear, comprehensive product and reference materials.
  • Participate in product livestreaming (30–60 mins daily post-training) , fan group to communicate on product value and educate the market **
  • Analyze feedback to refine products and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Cosmetics, Food Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in product R&D, formulation development, or product management within the beauty and wellness industry with proven track records
  • Strong expertise in formulation science, quality control, regulatory compliance, and market research.
  • Proven track record of successful product development, launch execution, and lifecycle management.
  • Strategic thinker with a balance of user-centric innovation and commercial acumen.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the beauty and wellness industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional product experiences.
  • Language Requirement: Mandarin and English (to effectively communicate with manufacturers and stakeholders).
