1) Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet, register, and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-in.
  • Provide basic information and direct customers to the appropriate staff or department.

2) Appointment & Scheduling Management

  • Arrange, confirm, and update customer appointments.
  • Coordinate, maintain & key in daily job schedules for technicians, worker & Project teams.
  • Follow up with customers on appointment reminders or rescheduling.

3) Administrative Support

  • Receive, log, and distribute parcels, documents, and letters for multiple companies.
  • Perform data entry, filing, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Handle basic office admin tasks such as stationery tracking, office upkeep, and inventory checks.
  • Assist the management team with ad-hoc administrative duties.

4) General Office Coordination

  • Ensure front desk area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and assist colleagues when required.

Job Requirements

1) SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

2) At least 1 year of experience in front desk, admin, or customer service (fresh graduates may apply).

3) Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (optional).

4) Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, and well-organized.

5) Able to multitask, work independently, and handle a fast-paced environment.

6) Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
