Customer Service

  • Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Provide detailed information on services, products, and promotions.
  • Answer inquiries and provide consultations regarding wellness services, packages, and products.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere at the front desk always.
  • Ensure clients' needs are met and their experiences are smooth and pleasant.

Front Desk Operations

  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring it is always organized and clean.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries related to wellness services and appointments.
  • Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently.
  • Maintain and update client records in the system accurately.
  • Process client payments and issue receipts.
  • Monitor and manage waiting times, ensuring clients are attended to promptly.

Sales & Marketing

  • Actively promote wellness services, packages, and retail products to clients.
  • Assist in upselling and cross-selling wellness services or memberships based on client needs.
  • Assist in tracking sales performance and contributing to meeting sales targets.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required, including preparing sales reports and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of sales and service delivery.

Sales Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and feedback.
  • Assist in inventory management of wellness products, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and properly organized.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and displays are well-maintained and current.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the wellness team, medical staff, and other departments to ensure high standards of customer service.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback and insights about customer experiences and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with center objectives, policies, and procedures.

Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to effectively promote and sell products and services.
  • Basic knowledge of wellness services, fitness, or health-related products.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and front desk software (e.g., scheduling systems).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • On-site assistance required during the renovation & setup phase
  • Full-time, flexible hours (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays).
  • Customer-facing environment, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting - handling customer concerns and sales targets.
  • Collaboration with all team members.
  • Walking and moving around the wellness center.
