  • Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, or walk-in.
  • Assist customers regarding installment status, products, and services.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer support at all times.
  • Record customer details and update service logs.
  • Work closely with the technician team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills & pleasant personality.
  • Confident when dealing with customers (9/10 confidence level preferred).
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience in customer service or retail is an advantage.
