Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day renovation site activities
  • Coordinate closely with contractors and sub-contractors to resolve on-site issues and technical challenges.
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor quality checks and ensure all defects and maintenance works are rectified before handover
  • Manage and ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest quality and in accordance with the design plan.
  • Liaising with vendors/supplier representatives for ID materials, finishes.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, and any changes or issues encountered.
  • Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards, design intent, and specifications.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management.
  • Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving technical and site issues.
