About the role

As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse facility in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position and a key role within Manjoy Gadget Malaysia SDN BHD as we continue to grow our operations and meet the increasing demand for our products.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
  • Implement and monitor warehouse processes and procedures to drive operational efficiency
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of warehouse operatives
  • Ensure the warehouse facility and equipment are well-maintained and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with the wider business to forecast and plan for future warehouse capacity and resource requirements
  • Analyse warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience in a warehousing or logistics management role, ideally within the manufacturing, transport or distribution industries
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities to effectively oversee a team
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control best practices
  • Ability to interpret and utilise warehouse performance data to drive continuous improvement
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
