Job Description:

  • Responsible to lead and direct the warehouse crew, enforcing security, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance for smooth operations.
  • Safeguards people safety and food safety by enforcing regulations, implementing 5S for cleanliness, and conducting regular sanitation inspections.
  • To juggle inventory control, from receiving and storing supplies to ensuring freshness through FIFO practices and preventing stock issues.
  • To manage product flow, coordinating logistics for deliveries, and ensuring efficient picking for dispatch.
  • Businesses utilize data reporting and management systems to collect, analyze, and present information, aiding in everything from sales tracking to financial decisions and incident management.
  • Keeps operations efficient by staying current on industry trends, implementing cost-saving solutions, and collaborating across departments.
  • To conduct a comprehensive development program that includes on-the-job training, mentorship, and individual coaching sessions to empower the crew members to reach their full potential.
  • The incumbent is expected to fulfill additional duties beyond those explicitly listed in the job accountabilities. These additional tasks would be assigned by the management team as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/Logistics or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in warehousing, production, manufacturing or relevant with at least 3 years experience at managerial level.
