About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding client requirements and sourcing top talent, to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, sourcing, screening, and offer management.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in recruitment (preferably IT/technical hiring).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.


Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for IT or consulting clients.
  • Awareness of current recruitment trends and market insights.
