Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
  • Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and facilitate final rounds.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliations and reports.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
  • Support annual performance review and appraisal cycles.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cyberjaya : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
