Entry Requirement :

  • Available to undergo an internship in Cyberjaya.
  • Internship duration must be a minimum of 6 months.
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR operations and people development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Job Description :

1. Training & Development Support

  • Assist in the end-to-end coordination of training programs

2. Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with HR team members to maintain organized project documentation and ensure timely task completion.
  • Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to supervisors.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of HR-related projects.

3. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Assist in drafting internal communications, newsletters, and engagement content.
  • Help gather feedback and insights to improve engagement strategies.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team, including preparing presentations, reports, and visual materials.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining HR records, and handling day-to-day coordination tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in managing employee data.

5. Evaluation & Analytics

  • Observe and assist in measuring learning effectiveness and engagement outcomes.
  • Help compile and analyze survey results, participation data, and key HR metrics.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement based on findings.

6. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
  • Gain understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Support the preparation of training materials, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
