1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Maintain an updated talent database and recruitment reports.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Maintain a positive working environment that promotes organizational culture and values.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, HRIS updates).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and ensure timely submissions.
  • Handle employee attendance, leave management, and overtime monitoring.
  • Manage employee benefits such as insurance and claims processes.

5. Administration & Office Management

  • Support management with administrative tasks, documentation, and reports.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant working experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
