Position: Admin / HR
Location: Cyberjaya
Job Scope: Admin/HR
Administrative Responsibilities
Handle daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage correspondence: emails, letters, memos, and phone calls.
- Maintain and organize filing systems (digital & physical).
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Coordinate staff meetings, appointments, and company events.
Maintain office cleanliness, maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination.
Human Resource Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave applications, and timesheets.
- Support payroll process: collect data, verify attendance, and submit to finance.
- Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and HR communications.
- Handle employee relations: inquiries, complaints, and welfare matters.
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with company standards and local laws.
General Support
Liaise with internal departments for operational needs.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
- Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and trainings.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
