JOB VACANCY AT CYBERJAYA

Position: Admin / HR

Location: Cyberjaya

Job Scope: Admin/HR

  1. Administrative Responsibilities

  2. Handle daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

  3. Manage correspondence: emails, letters, memos, and phone calls.
  4. Maintain and organize filing systems (digital & physical).
  5. Prepare documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
  6. Assist in procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  7. Coordinate staff meetings, appointments, and company events.
  8. Maintain office cleanliness, maintenance schedules, and vendor coordination.

  9. Human Resource Responsibilities

  10. Assist in recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.

  11. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
  12. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  13. Manage attendance, leave applications, and timesheets.
  14. Support payroll process: collect data, verify attendance, and submit to finance.
  15. Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and HR communications.
  16. Handle employee relations: inquiries, complaints, and welfare matters.
  17. Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with company standards and local laws.

  18. General Support

  19. Liaise with internal departments for operational needs.

  20. Provide administrative support to management when required.
  21. Assist in organizing company events, staff activities, and trainings.
  22. Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
