·       Implement HR policies, procedures and programs and ensure staff compliance

·       Work closely with Singapore Office on key HR matters.

·       Facilitate the entire employment process from recruitment to resignation for all staff; including selection, recruitment, induction, asset issuance, staff confirmation, taxation, exit interview, etc.

·       Handle all individual staff taxation submissions monthly

·       To perform expatriate work passes renewals and applications

·       Identifying Training Requirements & preparing Training budget

·       Conduct interview for disciplinary cases

·       To handle company and staff welfare

·       Overseas expansion and Administrate Overseas Travel Applications for business trips

·       Perform payroll function (salary & bonus processing) for staff on a monthly basis – processing and checking

·       Improve the current HR policies and ensure we meet Malaysia Labour law compliance

·       Provide sound HR guidance and advice to the Management on government initiatives, best practices and employment laws

·       Conduct Performance Appraisals twice a year for all staff

·       Handle employee enquiries on HR Matters

·       Handle local staff deployment matters

·       Handle Corporate and office administrative matters for Malaysia

·       Timely review of staff handbook, policies and procedures
