To manage and coordinate human resources and financial operations of the institution, ensuring compliance with regulations and institutional policies, while supporting overall administrative and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Management

· Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

· Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and leave balances.

· Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursements.

· Manage staff performance appraisal schedules and probation confirmations.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other HR-related regulations.

· Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal memos.

  1. Finance & Accounting

· Handle full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP).

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries.

· Issue invoices for tuition and other student fees; track and follow up on payments.

· Verify and process payments to vendors, utilities, and staff claims.

· Prepare and submit statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, SST, etc.

· Assist with budget preparation, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

· Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

  1. Administrative Duties

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing of HR and finance documentation (physical and digital).

· Prepare HR or finance-related reports as needed by management.

· Assist in general office operations and inter-departmental coordination.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SQL, UBS, or equivalent).
  • Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and financial regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 2 years of working experience in HR or administrative role
  • Experience in education or training institutions.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
