Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across critical roles. This role requires strong stakeholder management, market mapping capability, and the ability to recruit effectively in both Mandarin and English-speaking talent markets.

You will act as a strategic hiring partner, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience while supporting business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Delivery

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake briefing to offer management and onboarding coordination
  • Handle mid to senior-level hiring, including specialist and leadership roles
  • Source, assess, and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, databases)
  • Conduct structured interviews and provide data-driven hiring recommendations

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
  • Advise stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies
  • Drive hiring decisions while maintaining strong candidate experience

Market Mapping & Sourcing Strategy

  • Conduct talent mapping for niche or hard-to-hire roles
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across Mandarin and English-speaking markets
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring movements

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, interview practices, and candidate journey
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and local labour regulations

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Proven experience hiring mid to senior-level roles
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously

Language

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Required to engage with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders
