About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered interfaces and improving overall user experience across our digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the design of impactful, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

  1. UI/UX Design & Wireframing

  2. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups for web and mobile applications

  3. Design clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces using Figma
  4. Ensure responsive layouts and consistent user experience across devices

  5. Translate business requirements into functional design solutions

  6. User Experience Research

  7. Support user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing

  8. Convert insights into practical design improvements

  9. Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics

  10. Collaboration with Product & Tech Teams

  11. Partner with product managers to define user stories and feature requirements

  12. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

  13. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions

  14. Design Systems & Consistency

  15. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems

  16. Ensure visual consistency across all product features and touchpoints

  17. Maintain and uphold brand identity and UX guidelines

  18. Continuous Improvement

  19. Identify UI/UX gaps and propose enhancements

  20. Keep up-to-date with UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools
  21. Assist with A/B testing and prototype validation

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design (internship experience accepted)
  • Proficiency in Figma (required)
  • Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, color theory, and usability principles
  • Ability to translate concepts into high-quality UI designs
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio showcasing Mobile/Web UI/UX work

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

  • Experience with dashboards, mobile apps, or consumer-facing platforms
  • Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)
  • Experience working with design systems
  • Ability to conduct simple usability testing
  • Motion graphics or animation experience is an advantage
