About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated talent to support the design and implementation of organisational development and change management initiatives across Thomson Hospitals Group. The role plays a key part in driving transformation, digitalisation, and continuous improvement to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design, coordination, and implementation of Organisational Development (OD) and change management programmes aligned with the Group's transformation goals.
  • Facilitate and monitor OD initiatives, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across departments.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, presentations, and data analytics related to OD, employee engagement, and culture transformation projects.
  • Support GHR digitalisation efforts, workflow automation, and project coordination.
  • Maintain and update organisational charts, risk registers, and workforce analytics reports.
  • Draft internal memos, HR policies, and departmental SOPs in line with organisational standards.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the GCHRO for meetings, initiatives, and project documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and upskilling activities to strengthen OD competencies.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in Organisational Development or related functions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Passionate about digitalisation, innovation, and creating a positive workplace culture.
