We are seeking a highly organised Producer with strong experience in , quality control, and brand-led creative production. This role sits at the centre of our end-to-end workflow, ensuring briefs, assets, and approvals move seamlessly across multiple regions and time zones. You will be the operational link between Creative, Production, Quality Control, and the Client Service teams.

1. Workflow & Project Management

  • Manage all incoming briefs via , ensuring information is complete, accurate, and ready for production.
  • Allocate jobs to production teams across regions (KL, Thailand, UK, AU) using structured workflows.
  • Update and maintain project statuses, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder visibility.
  • Ensure that all required assets (copy decks, fonts, design files, video masters, translations) are attached and correctly labelled.
  • Coordinate across shifts to support true 24/7 production workflows.
2. Production Coordination
  • Liaise with designers, artworkers, motion teams, and external production partners.
  • Prepare files and packages for offshoring to regional studios.
  • Ensure LucidLink, Ziflow, or server locations are correctly maintained and well organised.
  • Support high-volume rollouts, localisation, and multi-language campaigns.
3. Quality Control (QC)
  • Perform first-pass QC on all work before it goes to the brand team or client.
  • Check layout, spelling, grammar, formatting, artwork setup, safe zones, image usage and cropping accuracy, animation consistency, and brand rules.
  • Ensure line breaks match supplied copy decks.
  • Flag errors, annotate changes, and work with production teams to resolve issues.
  • Use QC tools such as Ziflow or video/text comparison software when required.
4. Brand & Guidelines Management
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's brand guidelines, including typography, colour rules, safe zones, logo usage, tone of voice, and platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, OOH, print, digital).
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere strictly to brand standards across all markets.
  • Monitor consistency across master files and localised languages.
  • Work with the onboarding and training team to update and maintain the brand's production bible.
5. Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the first point of contact between production teams and the UK/AU brand teams.
  • Provide proactive updates, flag risks early, and manage expectations on delivery timelines.
  • Attend daily stand-ups/Slack check-ins across time zones when required.
  • Support client presentations, approvals, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical & Platform Skills
  • Advanced experience with (automations, dashboards, workload views, dependency mapping).
  • Strong understanding of production workflows across print, digital, video, and localisation.
  • Familiarity with LucidLink, server partitioning, Google Drive, and file management best practices.
  • Experience using QC platforms a bonus (e.g., Ziflow, VideoOCR tools).
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud workflows is beneficial.
