Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our growing team. This role combines e-commerce operations and customer service, providing a hands-on learning experience in digital retail and customer relationship management. Job Requirement

Must have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.

Good to have:

  • Basic understanding of online marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
  • Experience in managing product listings or online stores.
  • Strong interest in online sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor stock availability, order processing, and delivery status.
  • Support in executing online campaigns and promotions.
  • Conduct competitor and market trend research to optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to improve product presentation and content quality.

Additional Information

  • Working Shift: 8.30 am pm (5 days a week)
  • Working Location: Suite , 29th Floor, Wisma Chuang, 34 Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: From RM800.00 per month
