What you'll be doing?- Source Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound emails.
- Understand Needs: Analyze customer needs to uncover potential sales opportunities.
- Respond to Inquiries: Address customer inquiries and distribute sales information via email.
- Execute Strategies: Implement sales strategies and gather insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with product and service information to provide accurate sales advice.
- Upsell Services: Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
- Close Sales: Successfully close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Document Sales: Manage sales documentation and handle post-sales inquiries.
- Educational Background: At least Diploma in Business Studies or any related fields to provide foundational business knowledge.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese, English and Bahasa Melayu for effective communication with diverse customers and expanding into regional markets.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Internet Marketing Experience: Experience in Internet Marketing/SEO is highly beneficial for digital sales strategies.
- Sales Experience: Have more than 2 years' experience in sales executive role is advantageous for immediate contribution.
