We are seeking a passionate and proactive intern to join our PETRONAS Uni Technology Disciplines department. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment. As an intern, you will have the chance to work closely with our team, gaining insights into various departments and their operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, capturing data, and attending meetings to take minutes. Additionally, you will be involved in upcoming projects and assist with current campaigns, providing valuable support to the team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with research and data collection for the CCUS department.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring all key points are captured.
  • Support the team in upcoming projects, offering fresh perspectives and ideas.
  • Help with campaign execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with different departments to gather information and collaborate effectively.
  • Maintain organized records and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as filing and document preparation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, contributing to knowledge sharing.
  • Provide support to the team during busy periods, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Engage in continuous learning, seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, science, or technology.
  • Strong academic background with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and learn new skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Basic knowledge of CCUS technologies and their applications is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work culture.
