Duties & Responsibilities:

To handle all sales & technical enquiries via email, phone/video calls or meet in person for all the discussion with the customers (included project sales or product conversion) and attending the walk-in customers as well.

Always keep communicate with the all-team members (internal sales, sales engineer, warehouse or management team) for proper arrangement.

To be a good listener for the customers, identify their needs and asking more questions if not clear and easily for us to propose a better products and solution for the customers to avoid any misunderstanding and inconveniences caused.

Communication is a very important between all team members (inter-department, especially with the sales engineer) for more understanding about all the unclear enquiries, customer's ordering, stock availability, delivery method and so on.

Responsible for preparing the Quotation, Proforma Invoice, Delivery Order (DO) and Invoices to all Purchase Orders (PO) we received and understanding the process of back-to-back order to factory.

Responsible for preparing Goods Return Notes (GRN) and other documents (e.g.: SDF, PMF, etc.) when necessary.

To act as a customer service role to handle customers' enquiries about Metal Work Pneumatics' products.

Assist in addressing and resolving technical enquiries for both internal and external sales teams.

To work on any relevant tasks/ ad-hoc assigned by management from time to time (e.g.: digital marketing, preparing for training session, event activity, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma/Certificate in mechanical engineering or related engineering background. Or any business/marketing, customer service, sales and technical support related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good relational and communicative skills; ability and habit to work both independently and in a team. Self-management with right attitude and discipline.

In-depth product knowledge of air cylinders/actuators, valves, fittings, and FRLs is preferred.

Strong problem-solving initiative, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure in customer environments.

Collaborative team player with a proactive work ethic.

Familiar with SQL system and computer literate with MS Office.

Good command of spoken and written in English, Malay is must or Mandarin.

Team work, team building spirit, independent and result oriented.

High level of self-motivation and well-developed interpersonal skills.
