Job Overview:

The ERP Project Manager has the mission to lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems that streamline business operations and support cross-functional alignment. This role ensures timely, efficient project delivery while bridging business needs with technical solutions through clear communication, initiative, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Alignment of ERP Solutions to Company Needs:
  • Align, optimize and improve processes of the company to business needs and direction.
  • Sync processes with Odoo ERP Standard processes setup and find solutions where needed.
  • Develop customized processes based on operation needs
  1. ERP Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of ERP projects from start to finish
  • Ensure that project milestones are delivered on time
  1. Maintenance and Training
  • Compile data analysis reports according to user requirements.
  • Manage user permissions, accounts and password administration.
  • Optimize automated workflows by leveraging on system capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs to ensure effective adoption of the ERP.
  1. Coordinate Cross-functional Teams and Vendors
  • Liase and work closely with the tech team
  • Complete adoption of the system across all relevant departments within 3 months post launch
  1. Project Progress Communications
  • Ensure communication of project progress with stakeholders
  • Retaining stakeholder satisfaction score of 8.5/10 or higher

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or any related field
  • Experience in managing ERP system implementation.
  • Project management skills and experience in project management tools. (eg. ASANA, Trello, ClickUp, Jira, etc)
  • Basic knowledge of business processes and system integration. (logical knowledge)
  • Familiar with Python, XML and SQL languages.
  • Understand API operations.
  • Proficient in Excel functions and BI tools.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Able to adapt to new tools and technology.
  • Self-discipline and able to take initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, time management skills.
  • Open to travel to China for a period of 2 to 3 weeks every 1 to 2 months.
