Our client is a  large conglomerates (IT software) is looking for a Sr Project Manager based in Kuala Lumpur.    You will lead end -to -end delivery ofclient projects involving smart manufacturing / supply chain/ logistics / ERP applicationsfrom planning and deployment to handover and continuous improvement. You'llcoordinate cross -functional teams, manage timelines and risks, and ensure everyproject delivers measurable value on the shop floor. Your success is measurednot just by "on -time delivery," but by real operational impact and customersatisfaction. ​Project Planning & Execution·       Defineproject scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource needs in collaborationwith stakeholders.·       Developand maintain detailed project plans (schedule, budget, risk register,communication plan).·       Leadsprint planning, daily stand -ups, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile/Scrumor hybrid methodology.2. Stakeholder & Customer Management·       Actas the main point of contact for internal teams and customer stakeholders.·       Conductregular status updates, steering meetings, and demo sessions.·       Manageexpectations, change requests, and escalations professionally and promptly.3. Team Coordination & Leadership·       Leadand motivate cross -functional project teams (Business Analysts, Engineers, QA,DevOps).·       Clarifyroles, remove blockers, and foster collaboration especially between technicaland non -technical members.4. Quality & Compliance·       Ensureall deliverables meet defined quality standards, SLAs, and documentationrequirements.·       DriveUAT, sign -offs, and post -go -live support transition.·       Maintaincompliance with internal processes and customer contractual obligations.5. Risk & Issue Management·       Proactivelyidentify, log, and mitigate project risks (technical, resource, timeline,scope).·       Escalatecritical issues with recommended solutions to leadership.6. Reporting & Documentation·       Provideweekly status reports including progress, risks, KPIs, and financials.·       Maintainupdated project artifacts in Jira/SharePoint.·       Document lessons learned andcontribute to process improvement. ​ Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.       5+ years managing technical implementation projects — preferably in IIoT / Industry 4.0 / ERP / WMS, MES, SRM or any related automation / industrial  softwares. Experience working with cross -functional teams and customer -facing deployments. Proficient in Jira, MS Project or similar tools.       Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict -resolution skills.       Added advantageo   PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM) certificationo   Familiarity with OEE, MTTR, Lean, or Six Sigmao   Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS IoT), data pipelines, etc.
