Are you passionate about creating a safe work environment on construction sites? We're looking for a
Site Safety Supervisor
to join our growing team. You will play a key role in ensuring that our project sites maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct
    daily safety and health checks
    on-site, ensuring hazards are addressed and rectified.
  2. Assist Site Managers, Supervisors, and Foremen with
    daily Toolbox Talks, Pre-task Talks
    , and awareness briefings.
  3. Ensure all site works are executed in line with
    approved Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)
    .
  4. Monitor site compliance with
    Client Requirements (GMR), HIRARC, SWMS
    , and
    Permit to Work (PTW) systems
    .
  5. Intervene and advise
    when unsafe acts or conditions are observed.
  6. Manage and coordinate
    security and access control
    at the project site.
  7. Enforce the
    Permit to Work
    requirements and ensure all documentation is properly verified.
  8. Raise and track
    daily safety and health observations
    , ensuring timely closure.
  9. Be responsible for the
    overall safety, health, and environmental performance
    of the site.
  10. Support the Safety & Health Manager with other
    assigned tasks and duties
    .

Requirements:

  1. Certification in
    Occupational Safety & Health
    or equivalent.
  2. Must possess a valid
    Yellow Book (Green Book holder preferred)
    issued by DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia).
  3. At least
    2–3 years
    of site safety supervision experience in a construction environment.
  4. Good understanding of
    HIRARC, PTW systems
    , and
    SWMS
    .
  5. Strong communication and intervention skills.
  6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
