Job Responsibilities

· To adhere to all instructions and report to Project Manager or to the Directors of the Company.

· Ensure Safety & Health procedures is executed at work site.

· Monitoring physical activities on site and carry out routine inspection related to OSH.

· Carry out toolbox meetings, site inductions, and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors.

· Support emergency preparedness plans and coordinate safety drills as needed.

· Communicate and coordinate with authorities / client / consultant related to safety and health.

· Prepare and submit related safety report and etc.

· Any other tasks assigned by the Directors or  Project Manager.

Job Requirements

· Registered with DOSH Malaysia as a Site Safety Supervisor (Yellow Book holder).

· Certificate, Diploma or Degree in related field.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in construction.

· Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and practices applicable to construction.

· Familiar with OSHA Act & DOSH requirements, CIDB regulations and etc.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence teams to adhere to safety protocols.

· Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
