Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare full set of accounts and monthly management accounts within tight deadlines
  • Prepare monthly journal voucher, debit note and credit note related to general accounting
  • Efficient maintaining company cash book under General Ledger
  • Prepare statutory payment and other monthly payment before due date
  • Prepare monthly sales tax report and payment submission
  • Prepare monthly staff reimbursement, staff claims, petty cash and salary data entry
  • Prepare company fixed assets register and always maintain the updated fixed assets register
  • Review weekly GRN reporting and take necessary action for wrong GL class code selected by requestors
  • Assist in handling company tax computation, deferred tax and filing of annual tax return
  • Prepare the financial year end report and schedules in order to reconcile the figures in financial year end management accounts and also for field audit purposes
  • Assist in coordinating the yearly audit exercises and prepare the Audited Financial Statement
  • To assist in other accounting functions of the group as and when required and any other relevant duties assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling full set account preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Possess high integrity, independent and committed with good leadership, analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Proactive, fast learner, self motivated, multi tasking and performance driven
  • Proficient in Excel, Words and PowerPoint and experience in ERP system such as JDE will be preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess  a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or its equivalent
  • Candidate must be able to speak Mandarin for liaising with China shareholder.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
