Job Descriptions:

1. Event Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in planning and organizing property-related events such as project launches, ground-breaking ceremonies, client appreciation events, and community programs.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor arrangements, equipment rental, and event materials preparation.
  • Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth flow and professional presentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event documentation, approvals, and payments.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including feedback summaries, attendance records, and photo documentation.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, designers, and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
  • Maintain good working relationships with partners, tenants, and other stakeholders involved in event execution.
  • Assist in negotiating quotations and managing vendor contracts within approved budgets.

3. Marketing & Promotion Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and advertisements for upcoming events.
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and publicity activities to boost event participation and brand visibility.
  • Ensure that all event materials comply with the company's branding guidelines.

4. Administrative & Reporting

  • Monitor and track event expenses to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
  • Maintain proper records and filing systems for all event-related documents, including invoices, vendor lists, and contracts.
  • Support in compiling reports on event outcomes, participant feedback, and performance analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in event coordination, marketing, or public relations.
  • Experience in property development or construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design or event tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Eventbrite).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work beyond office hours or on weekends when events are scheduled.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
