Job Description:
- Manage, and be responsible for, the implementation of the Operational Plan for the designated outlet, possessing an in-depth knowledge of it and lead its periodic half yearly review, updating where necessary.
- Manage, oversee and co-ordinate the operational outlet activities of all staff employed in the daily operation of the playland, ensuring their adherence to the requirements of the designated outlet Operational Plan.
- Be responsible for producing the weekly staffing rotation, compiling necessary reports and for the recording and sharing of management information held on the operation of the Kizsports & Gym designated outlet.
- Deliver specific induction activities for operational staff, identify relevant training and ensure training is delivered with staff such that specific role requirements of the Operational Plan are fully understood and delivered.
- Liaise with the Authorities Service and other emergency services on operational matters and/ or specific incidents which may affect the day to day running of the playland at designated outlet.
- Review of existing service provision within the playland, including writing specifications and participation in relevant working groups.
- To be committed to Health and Safety and act as the local Health and Safety Representative for the playlands.
- To be fully aware of, and comply with, all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures for self, other staff and contractors working in and visiting the playlands.
- Liaised and must have a good PR with the Mall Management and designated outlet.
- Grow young talent with sufficient leadership provided to all staff at designated outlet.
- Lead the investigation and reporting on all incidents and accidents at the playlands.
- Ensure all daily, monthly and annual playland inspections are completed by all parties and take responsibility for ensuring actions are recorded and implemented.
- Support marketing activities, to include advertising and sales promotion, public relations, visual merchandising, and/or special marketing events, as appropriate.
- Develops or assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient and safe operation of the unit.
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store and analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
- Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability and maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
- Obtain customer feedbacks and recommend necessary outlet operational changes and address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To undertake other related duties as directed by the Top Management.
Job Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience in the customer service/entertainment industry.
- Possess minimum education - SPM/Diploma.
- People person and passionate in working with children.
- Ability to work with all levels of management and good teamwork among colleagues.
- Full-time employment - in charge of Lotus Selayang outlet.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
